While every effort is made to obtain an accurate image of all articles supplied, a manufacturer’s image is not always available in such a case an image of a similar article maybe used as guidance only.
If you are unsure as to the accuracy of any image please ring or e-mail so that we can advise you.
Prices
In Such a competitive and flexible marketplace a price may not be held on at any out of stock item. This is especially true on highly volatile market such as cable.
Damage
While every effort is made to pack goods in a safe and secure manner, fragile items such as fluorescent tubes and Fluorescent diffusers can occasionally suffer damage from couriers… With this in mind please sign for all packages as 'unchecked' so we have some recourse with DPD parcel carriers. Failure to do so may result in us not been able to send you a free replacement.
Postage & Packing
Our postage and packing is £3.98, this provides a recorded delivery or courier service for all Mainland U.K Postcodes.
The following postcodes are £12.00 (upto a maximum of 30kgs) delivery charge with a 48 hour courier service

Exchanges, Refunds and Warranties
All new equipment comes with a manufacturer’s warranty for 12 months. This it does not cover tubes and lamps. Any goods found to be faulty through designer or manufacture will be exchanged on the return of the faulty item complete with proof of purchase. Cash refunds will only be given if an item has been mis-represented or the incorrect item has been sent in this case collection of the goods will be at our cost. Please check goods that are signed for as shortages or damaged goods must be reported within 2-3 days. However if an incorrect item is ordered and returned a refund will be made by means of a credit note. A handling charge of 15% or a charge for postage (whichever is the greatest) will be deducted by us upon receipt of the returned item.
Goods that are simply not required/wanted can be returned within 7 days but will incur a handling charge of 15%.
Despatch
Goods will be sent out only when payment is received in full . All goods are sent next day, subject to stock avaliability as if items need to be ordered in from manufacturers this may cause a delay. (also this is not always possible with orders outside the Mainland, this may be 2-3 days depending on locality) this is providing goods are ordered before our cut off of 12.00am. We endeavour to send all consignments out the day the order is received however, no orders will be dispatched on Saturday or Sunday, bank holidays.

2) Premium Delivery Area – £3.98 or Free delivery on orders over £50.00 delivery within 2-3 days.
3) 48 Hour Zone – £12.00 delivery within 48 hours.
4) Other Zones – Price upon application.
Note: We cannot deliver to the Republic of Ireland of BFPO.
