delivery times


Manufacturers are experiencing severe delays with stock availability and whilst we try to ensure our website and customers are up-to-date with this information, availability is subject to change.

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible but delivery times have been extended to allow for any delays. Delivery windows are shown before proceeding with payment.


Postage & Packaging


All deliveries despatched by RS Electrical Supplies are made using Royal Mail 'Signed For', Parcel Force or DPD Courier services depending on the size of parcel. Our deliver charge is £5.50 Inc VAT for deliveries under £90.00 to a mainland UK postcode and FREE for all orders over £90.00 inc VAT, postcodes below exclude this rule. Special delivery services, Pre 10am, Pre 12am and Saturday deliveries are available at an extra cost but please first check availability of an item before choosing a faster delivery service. Orders with a special delivery service need to be placed by 12.30pm for next day delivery. RS Electrical Supplies respects and abide by the ‘distance selling rules’ though please note that any upgrade to a delivery service is non-refundable. Please note that 'Next Day Delivery' is next working day, Eg orders placed before 12.30pm on a Friday (stock permitting) would be received on Monday. If stock is unavailable RS Electrical Supplies will notify you ASAP of a realistic delivery time. Deliveries are not available on Sundays or Bank Holidays. The postage charge is £10.00 Inc VAT for the following postcodes and deliveries can take longer for these areas.

All goods are sent out as soon as possible, subject to stock availability when payment is received in full. Our aim is to despatch all deliveries within 2 working days from receipt of an order, this can be delayed if items need to be ordered from the manufacturer. You will be notified of any delays with your order if despatch would be longer than 2 working days. Upon receiving your delivery please check you have all your items you were expecting and that all products are in good condition. We will need to be informed by writing of any missing items from your delivery within 2 working days of you receiving your parcel and 5 working days for any item you have received that you are unhappy with the condition. The best way to is by emailing us at hello@rselectricalsupplies.co.uk quoting your order number as a reference.

We are unable to despatch any orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Please do not schedule any workman or start any installation work before receiving and fully checking all of your items for defects or missing items.


International Shipping


We can offer deliveries to most countries worldwide with the choice from 6 different courier companies to offer a competitive delivery cost. Below is a rough guide of prices, all are excluding VAT (if applicable). To obtain an accurate quotation complete an order for the goods required on our website, providing all of the delivery details and a member of our sales team can email over a total price including delivery.


Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Monaco, Denmark & Germany – From £10.00


Italy – From £15.00


Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungry, Norway, Poland, San Marino, Slovenia, Slovakia & Switzerland – From £25.00


Spain, Portugal, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania & Turkey – From £25.00


Andorra, Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Malta & Vatican City State – From £48.00


Hong Kong – From £25.00

Up to 30 days:

- Any goods returned need to be in original/perfect condition for restock/resale.

- The items will need to be boxed up securely, including any additional parts/instructions and sent back to us (at your cost). We recommend a signed service as goods are your responsibility until received here.  Please Note: We cannot accept ‘proof of postage’ or ‘tracked service’ confirmation as proof of receipt due to these services only showing the item has posted.

- It is important to complete a returns form and include this with your return, which will speed up the refund process.

- Items returned within 1-14 days of you receiving the delivery will receive a full refund including the original postage fee.  However, this excludes premium services (Next Day/Saturday).

- If items are returned within 15-30 days you will receive a refund for the goods only.

- If returns are opened and rejected due to poor condition, you will need to arrange and pay for collection of the items.

Over 30 days:

- We do not accept any unwanted items after 90 days.

- Any goods returned need to be in perfect condition including the packaging for restock/resale.

- If the return is accepted, we will provide an authorisation code.

- As the return is over 30 days there will be a 20% restocking and handling charge applied.

- The items will need to be boxed up securely, including any additional parts/instructions and sent back to us (at your cost). We recommend a signed service as goods are your responsibility until received here.  Please Note: We cannot accept ‘proof of postage’ or ‘tracked service’ confirmation as proof of receipt due to these services only showing the item has posted.

- It is important to complete a returns form and include this with your return, which will speed up the refund process.  Please remember to quote the authorisation code given.

- If returns are opened, packaging damaged and generally in poor condition, a refund will not be made. Goods will be returned back to the customer at their cost.

P&P Refunds:

- If a premium service is selected (Next Day/Saturday) then the P&P is non-refundable as these are optional services and you have chosen to upgrade from standard delivery.

- If the total for the goods returned takes order total below £60 inc VAT you will be charged £5.50 to cover the original P&P cost.

Faulty Items


Please notify us of any faulty goods by email. We aim to put this problem right as quick as possible, in most cases we can offer a replacement depending on manufacturer warranty policies. Please note that Redring Galaxy and Triton send engineers to site to repair failed items and require the shower/water heater to be left installed to carry out any repairs. Any replacements for these items require authorisation from the manufacturer.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.  You have a ‘right to reject’ goods that do not meet these requirements and have a full refund.  However, this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods, which is the date of delivery.

After 30 days, a refund can’t be requested in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement.  When outside the 30-day right to reject, we as the retailer have an opportunity to repair or replace any goods.




RS Electrical only stock and supply items from the most reputable sources and the authenticity of every brand/manufacturer are guaranteed. Every item has a minimum of a 1 year warranty with a lot of manufacturers offering longer or extended warranties. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to fill in any extended warranty forms and any warranty claims outside of the standard 1 year should be dealt directly with the manufacturer.


Price Match Promise


We reserve the right not to honour price matches if another company is offering the items on a clearance sale or if the item is below our cost price.
