Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging in a re-saleable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If a return is made and the goods or packaging is damaged and in an un-saleable condition, your return will be rejected. 

Please note returns are to be made at your cost. We recommend that a tracked, insured service is used to ensure the goods arrive to us in good condition. We are not liable for goods that arrive damaged.

Kit products

Some of our products are sold as kits, which are made up of several individual components. To be eligible for a refund, all components of the kit must be returned in their original condition. Partial returns will not be accepted for a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 2 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty items

Unfortunately, on occasion some products may become faulty. Please email us with as much information as possible, including pictures where relevant so we can decide on the best course of action to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

We understand that in certain situations, it may be necessary to arrange for an electrician to replace a faulty fitting immediately. In such cases, you may need to install a new product at the same time the faulty one is removed. To accommodate this, we will confirm a refund for the faulty product and provide a returns label. However, a new order will need to be placed for the replacement item, as we are unable to send out replacements without a corresponding order.

Please note: We are not liable for any costs incurred from external contractors or electricians.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on custom products such as cut to length cable or clearance products. Clearance products are clearly labeled on their product page and therefore and non-returnable.

Premium delivery

Premium delivery services such as Next working day services are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
