We hope that you never need to return anything to us; however, should you need to we aim to make it as simple as possible. Before making a returns request we ask that you check our returns policy for full details.
We have recently moved to a new platform so if your order number starts with a number 3, please contact us to start your return.
If your order number starts with the letters RS, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log in to your account.
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. Enter the six-digit verification code which has been sent to your email account.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
4. Select a return reason for each item you would like to return.
5. Click Request return.
Once we’ve received your request we’ll review it and get back to you via email. If you haven’t heard back from us within 2/3 working days please get in touch.
