Delivery Services

At RS Electrical Supplies, we stock a wide variety of products in numerous styles, sizes, and finishes. While we strive to keep as many combinations in stock as possible, certain items may need to be ordered in.
Depending on stock availability it is our aim to despatch all orders with in three working days of receiving them. Please note this is only possible when the items are in stock with our sleeves or the supplier.

To help ensure your delivery reaches you in the fastest time possible we may use multiple couriers and services to fulfil your order.

If next day delivery is critical please call us on 01384 379921 to confirm stock availability and that your delivery requirements can be achieved.
Dispatch Times

We hold a substantial amount of stock across our most popular products and ranges. Due to the wide variety of finishes and configurations we offer, some items may occasionally need to be sourced from our suppliers. However, as we receive daily deliveries from all major suppliers, this rarely causes any delay.

  • Typical dispatch within 7–10 working days.
  • If your order includes multiple items and one or more need to be sourced, your full order will be dispatched once all items are ready.
Pre-orders

Items that are available for pre-order will be dispatched on or around the estimated date shown on the product page. Please note that these dates are indicative and may be subject to change; however, we will keep you informed should there be any delays. If your order includes a combination of pre-order and in-stock items, the order will be shipped in full once all items are available. If you would prefer to receive the in-stock items sooner, please contact us at hello@rselectricalsupplies.co.uk or call 01384 379921, and we will be happy to arrange a partial shipment.

Click & Collect

We offer a Click & Collect service from our Cradley Heath location at Unit 2 City Estate, Corngreaves Road, B64 7EP. Orders are typically ready for collection within 2–4 working days, subject to stock availability. Please wait for a confirmation email before arriving to collect your order. Collections are available Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm, and on Saturdays from 8:30am to 11:30am.

Delivery Instructions & Liability

Once your order has been dispatched, any changes you request to the delivery—such as amending the delivery date or address, or instructing the courier to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a designated safe place—are deemed to be authorised by you. In these circumstances, RS Electrical Supplies cannot accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage once the courier has marked the parcel as delivered.


Trade customers please note: You are required to inspect all goods immediately upon delivery. Any damage, shortages, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within 3 working days of receipt. Claims for damaged goods, short deliveries, or delivery errors reported outside of this 3 working day notification period will not be accepted.
