At RS Electrical Supplies, we stock a wide variety of products in numerous styles, sizes, and finishes. While we strive to keep as many combinations in stock as possible, certain items may need to be ordered in.
Dispatch Times
We hold a substantial amount of stock across our most popular products and ranges. Due to the wide variety of finishes and configurations we offer, some items may occasionally need to be sourced from our suppliers. However, as we receive daily deliveries from all major suppliers, this rarely causes any delay.

If your order includes multiple items and one or more need to be sourced, your full order will be dispatched once all items are ready.

Click & Collect – Cradley Heath
We offer a Click & Collect service from our Cradley Heath location (Unit 2 City Estate, Corngreaves Road, B64 7EP).

Collections are available Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am – 11:30am.
Delivery Instructions & Liability
Once your order has been dispatched, any changes made to the delivery—such as requesting a new delivery date, address change, or instructing the courier to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place—are deemed to be authorised by you.
In these cases, RS Electrical Supplies is not liable for loss, theft, or damage once the parcel is marked as delivered by the courier.
