Delivery Instructions & Liability
Once your order has been dispatched, any changes you request to the delivery, such as amending the delivery date or address, or instructing the courier to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a designated safe place, are deemed to be authorised by you. In these circumstances, RS Electrical Supplies cannot accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage once the courier has marked the parcel as delivered.
Trade customers please note: You are required to inspect all goods immediately upon delivery. Any damage, shortages, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within 3 working days of receipt. Claims for damaged goods, short deliveries, or delivery errors reported outside of this 3 working day notification period will not be accepted.
