Product Description
The BG Electrical CUA32 Type 2 SPD Wiring Kit provides surge protection for BG consumer units and enclosures, helping protect connected circuits and electrical equipment against transient overvoltages caused by switching events and indirect lightning effects.
This compact single-module device mounts directly onto the busbar and features an inbuilt current-limiting circuit, removing the need for a separate backup MCB. Supplied with the required neutral and earth wiring, the CUA32 is suitable for TN-S, TN-C-S and TT earthing systems and responds to surge events in less than 25 nanoseconds.
The BG CUA32 is the current replacement for the discontinued CUA30 surge protection wiring kit.
