Product Description
The Masterplug SmartEnergy PureDry 12L combines compressor dehumidification, air purification and switchable ionisation in one portable appliance. Use it to manage indoor moisture and condensation, or select the dedicated air-purification setting when dehumidification is not needed.
Modes for moisture control and laundry
Choose Custom, Laundry, Wet Weather, Night, Mould Guard or Air Purification mode. Adjust the humidity target and fan speed in Custom mode, or let a preset manage the settings. Mould Guard cycles automatically between its humidity thresholds while the unit remains switched on.
Smart control and flexible drainage
Operate through the LED touch controls, the MP SmartEnergy app over Wi-Fi, or compatible Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice control. Monitor energy use and estimated cost using your tariff, set schedules and reminders, and adjust display brightness. Empty the removable tank when full, or use the supplied hose for continuous drainage. Full-tank shut-off and automatic defrost are provided.
Placement, filtration and safe use
Use indoors on a flat, stable, dry surface with clear airflow, keeping the unit upright during use, transport and storage. The appliance contains flammable R290 refrigerant: keep it away from ignition sources, do not pierce or burn it, and use qualified service personnel. Observe the manual's minimum room area and clearance requirements. Disconnect before cleaning, clean the washable dust filter as directed, and follow the HEPA filter replacement instructions. Collected water is not for drinking.
