Product Description
The BG Nexus Metal NPCRJ451 is a single RJ45 data outlet in polished chrome. It provides a fixed connection point for wired network cabling, keeping the wall outlet coordinated with other Nexus Metal switches and sockets.
Single network connection
One RJ45 socket for a compatible network patch lead.
Polished chrome metal faceplate with a slim profile and rounded corners.
Visible screw fixings in the matching Nexus Metal style.
IDC terminals for terminating the installed data cable.
Minimum mounting-box depth of 35 mm.
Installation and compatibility
Use a suitable IDC termination tool and follow the wiring scheme supplied with the outlet. Keep data cabling separate from mains wiring, and provide the required earth connection to the decorative metal plate. A competent installer should check that the socket and cable meet the intended network specification, then test the completed connection. This is a wired data outlet, not a wireless access point.
