Product Description
The BG Nexus Metal NPR81 is a single-gang, two-way trailing-edge dimmer in pearl nickel. Turn the knob to adjust brightness and press it to switch the lighting on or off, combining everyday control with a slim decorative metal faceplate.
Controls and supported loads
Push on/off operation with rotary dimming.
Trailing-edge control with soft start and overload protection.
Dimmable LED: 5–100W.
Tungsten/incandescent: 5–200W; halogen: 20–200W.
Dimmable CFL: 5–100W.
Supply rating: 200–250V AC.
Pearl nickel finish, rounded corners and colour-matched fixing screws.
Installation and lamp compatibility
Requires a minimum 25 mm mounting box. The faceplate is 86 mm square with 60.3 mm fixing centres. Use lamps and drivers suitable for trailing-edge dimming, keeping the total connected load within the relevant range. Check lamp compatibility and the rating marked on the supplied dimmer before installation. A competent electrician should isolate the supply, follow the supplied two-way wiring instructions and ensure the metal plate is correctly earthed.
