Product Description
The EX1TWH is a quiet IP45 100mm extractor fan from Knightsbridge, finished in white and designed for wall or ceiling installation in bathrooms, toilets and utility rooms. It extracts up to 24 litres per second (87m³/h) while operating at 28.5–30dB at 3m.
An adjustable 2–30 minute overrun timer continues ventilation after switching off, helping remove moisture and odours. The fan includes a built-in backdraft kit, is Class II double insulated and requires no earth connection.
Suitable for duct runs up to 2m, the fan uses 9.7W at 230V 50Hz, is compliant with Building Regulations Parts F and L, and carries a three-year manufacturer warranty.
