Knightsbridge 100mm Extractor Fan with Timer & Humidistat

The EX1THWH is a quiet IP45 100mm extractor fan from Knightsbridge, finished in white and designed for wall or ceiling installation in bathrooms, toilets and utility rooms. It extracts up to 24 litres per second (87m³/h) while operating at 28.5–30dB at 3m.

An automatic humidistat responds to increased moisture levels, while the adjustable 1–30 minute overrun timer continues ventilation after switching off. This makes it a practical bathroom extractor fan with timer for helping manage condensation and supporting good air circulation in everyday spaces such as an en-suite or utility room.

The fan includes a built-in backdraft kit, is Class II double insulated and requires no earth connection. Suitable for duct runs up to 2m, the fan uses 9.7W at 230V 50Hz, is compliant with Building Regulations Parts F and L, and carries a three-year manufacturer warranty.
